On July 15th, 2022, join us at OneChurch.to for our annual CityWide Night of Worship!
This year, we’ll be kicking things off at CityWide with a Worship Leaders Community Gathering at 4:30pm. CityWide’s Night of Worship will begin in the evening at 7:30pm. Leaders and musicians across the city will come together to form our worship team that evening and we have the privilege of having our friend, Pastor Sunder Krishnan, speak into our community as well. After not being able to gather together across our region for quite some time, we’re believing CityWide 2022 will be a space where God will unite and inspire our churches.
Sunder Krishnan was born in India and grew up in the capital city of New Delhi. He became a pastor at Rexdale Alliance church (Toronto) in 1980 and retired in 2016. Sunder and his wife, Shyamala have two grown children, Vijay and Sheila, and six grandchildren. His primary calling in retirement is to preach and mentor the next generation while mobilizing intercessors for the Great Commission.
The Worship Project Collective is a growing community of worship leaders and musicians from across Ontario, Canada. These individuals are gifted musicians but more importantly, they embody the culture and values that are the foundation of The Worship Project.
THE CITYWIDE STORY
Our first CityWide Night of Worship began in the summer of 2018 where we felt the need to gather the greater Church of our city, which had become so segregated. Over the years, CityWide became a space where we invite the churches across our region to come reflect and celebrate what God has done and is continuing to do. As TWP continues to do the work of connecting and equipping local worshippers together, it only sparks this great desire to see a more unified Church in Ontario.
